Human Resources & Administation Manager

Our client is an High Technology company and one of the world's leaders within the industry. They are looking for a Human Resources & Administration Manager to look after the HR operations and a small team in Hong Kong. You will be reporting directly to Asia HR Director

 

Job Descriptions:

• Delivers projects and measures to contribute to strategic HR agenda and objectives
• Reviews implemented practices and measures in the light of business and HR objectives
• Provides value-adding HR services to line management in defined key areas
• Connects cross-company and shares best practices to support continuous process improvement and harmonization
• Defines company-specific talent acquisition needs, conducts approvals and participates in job application interviews for leadership roles and defined key positions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years’ experience in Human Resources field. A previous significant experience in multi-national company is highly preferred
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance practices
