Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

Coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendant, and leave

Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs

Response to employee inquiries and guide on HR-related matters

Assist in participating in ad-hoc HR projects as required

Requirement:

Higher diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

Fresh graduate will be also considered
