Our client is a public utility company. They are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join their team. Job Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support and assistance to the HR Team, ranging from manpower planning, staff onboarding and offboarding arrangement, new employees reception, training and development to employee separation
• Administer various HR systems and programs, including but not limited to HR information systems, medical schemes, and provident fund scheme
• Support cultivating and maintaining harmonious employee relations by providing various HR services, including handling general employees’ inquiries and requests, handling industrial accidents/sickness cases, and organizing HR-related activities, etc.
• Compile HR-related statistics and reports
• Maintain an updated, efficient, and effective central filing system
• Provide support to ad hoc assignments/projects as and when required
Job Requirements:
• Tertiary education or above in Business Administration / HR Management or equivalent
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Basic knowledge of HR-related policies and procedures and a good understanding of labor-related ordinances and regulations
• Knowledge in using MS Office applications
• Organized, independent, customer–oriented and able to work under pressure
