Human Resources Manager / Assistant Human Resources Manager

As a fast growing cleaning and environmental protection services provider, we are looking for innovative and highly discipline candidate to fill the above position.

Requirements

• Lead and supervise a small team in the operations of Human Resources Services including Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, and Employment relations, etc, to ensure a smooth functional processes
• Collaborated with teammates to identify arears for improvement in Human Resources processes
• Optimize HRIS system to better track HR data
• Responsible for group management reporting, supervising and coordinating group annual budget and analysis 
• Review and implement organization development
• Ensure the company’s compliance of all HR related regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines related disciplines
• At least 8 years of working experience in Human Resources field
• Well verse of Employment ordinance and related regulations
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Candidate with less expeirence will be considered for the Assistant Human Resources Manager
