Job Description - Human Resources Officer / Assistant HR Officer

We are looking for an energetic team player to join our Human Resources team to support the group's corporate HR operations and HR-related projects.

 

Job Duties:

  • Perform all-rounded Human Resources functions
  • Handle C&B operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, leave administrations, HR system operations, and manage taxation & MPF arrangement, etc.
  • Participate in the Talent Acquisition process such as arranging job postings, managing the selection & interview process, and handling on boarding & off-boarding formalities
  • Prepare and consolidate HR related analytic reports including staff movement, manpower cost and budgeting, etc
  • Perform ad hoc HR projects and assignments as required

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 2 - 3 years of HR experience in a sizable company
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, and good analytical thinking 
  • Good team player, with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel (vlookup, pivot table) 
  • Have good understanding of HR principles, processes and systems
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance will be a plus
  • Candidate with less experience and qualification can be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
