Job Descriptions:  

• Assist in implementation and monitoring the current hygiene standard
• To act as communicator and coordinator between departments to improve efficiency and effectiveness of all matters related to food hygiene
• Conduct to develop and implement the FS365 app
• Arrange Marriott related hygiene training for managers and associates
• To have consistent documentation on all standards throughout the operation
• Communicate with internal and external parties to ensure the hygiene standard
• Participate in monthly Food Safety Quality Management and 43 points food safety and hygiene inspections
• Conduct personal hygiene training for new hires
• To assist conduct supplier audit
• Cross-property hygiene inspections with other Marriott sister properties in Hong Kong
• Maintain a database of any updated issues or concerns raised from FEHD and follow up
• Organize, check and update Passport to Success Training by Marriott
• To investigate and handle complaints related to food quality
• Carry out any ad-hoc project assigned by management
