About The Client Our client is a well-established service provider and they are looking for IT Consultant (Salesforce CRM) to join their project team. Job Description

• Report to Head of IT and lead all Salesforce CRM implementation projects
• Manage all project tasks including schedules, budgets, resources, to ensure the quality solutions are delivered within time and budget
• Establish project scope and prioritize the development tasks after identifying and validating both business and technical requirements
• Work closely with internal IT BA team and developers through a hands-on approach to review development progress and ensure the project deliverables
• Liaise with clients to review and update the business process and project status
• Coach junior consultant, conduct UAT and prepare user training

Qualifications :

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• 2-5 years of relevant experience working in IT consulting with at least 1 year in Salesforce CRM implementation and project management
• Proven ability to influence business decisions and directions in a consulting environment
• Experience in preparing technical requirement specifications and conducting UAT
• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills, good team player
• Good command in English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
