Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for IT budget management, including budget collection, communication with the demand department budget, docking with the financial sector budget management, budget summary, budget adjustment, budget reporting, budget use tracking and other budget process management
• Responsible for IT supplier management, including supplier ledger management, supplier due diligence, supplier contract management
• Responsible for the comprehensive management of IT department, including cooperating with the work of finance, legal, risk, general, human resources department and other departments, cooperating with the assessment, cooperating with the implementation of the head office to issue documents, internal departmental management documents and etc.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor (associate degree may consideration)’s degree in Finance or Accounting or Administrative related disciplines
• Experience in Securities Trading or Finance industry is an advantage 
• Strong communication skill and be willing to learn
• Team player and able to work independently
