IT Infrastructure Services Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented infrastructure service manager to join a dynamic team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be managing and overseeing infrastructure services for a government client. This role offers the chance to lead a team and work closely with clients to address their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong infrastructure technical background and equips with excellent communication skills to work with all parties.

What you'll do:

• Leading a team of 8 to deliver technical service to a government client
• Monitor and make sure to meet contract SLA.
• Fulfill all contract scope and ensure sure all overcharges have been arranged on-time.
• Resource arrangement for contract scope, non-office job, regular tasks, leave arrangement and Ad-hoc request.
• Find out new project opportunities and new services scope in account to expand the revenue and margins.

What you bring:

• Bachelor degree in computer studies or equivalaent
• Experienced in working in IT service provider for over 10 years are strongly preferreed
• Experienced in leading a team for over 5 years
• Experienced in preparing for technical presentation and written documentation.
• Working knowledge of Windows computers, systems, servers’ platform and data center operation
• Equips with strong communication and presentatio skills in Cantonese and English

Salary: HKD500,000 - HKD850,000 per annum + good bonus

Salary: HKD40,000 - HKD50,000 per month + competitive bonus and benefits

Salary: HKD35,000 - HKD45,000 per month + with bonus and medical
