LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Our client is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a mature professional who is passionate about using data and applying learning theories in a creative way. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising, creating, delivering, and analysing internal training. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in an environment of ambiguity and takes ownership of their responsibilities. The role offers the chance to constantly innovate and improve Learning & Development programming by analysing feedback, measuring learning outcomes, researching industry best practices, and making sessions as interactive and engaging as possible.

* Orchestrate training initiatives across various offices in Asia
* Audit existing training curriculum and identify areas of improvement
* Build strong stakeholder relationships throughout the organisation


What you'll do:
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning culture within the organisation. You will orchestrate training initiatives across various offices in Asia, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of our diverse workforce. Your ability to audit existing curriculum and identify areas for improvement will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to continuous learning. By building strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the organisation, you will ensure that our training programmes are aligned with key business priorities. Your commitment to innovation will drive the evolution of our Learning & Development programming, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of industry best practices.

* Orchestrating training initiatives across various offices in Asia
* Auditing existing training curriculum (in-person and digital) and identifying gaps and areas of improvement
* Working with stakeholders to update and edit existing training sessions to ensure they reflect key business priorities and productivity trends
* Creating new training sessions that provide a seamless learning experience correlating to the intended learner journey
* Ensuring high-quality, engaging, application-based content
* Constantly improving and innovating Learning & Development programming by analysing feedback from participants, measuring learning outcomes, researching industry best practices, and endeavouring to make sessions as interactive and engaging as possible
* Building strong stakeholder relationships throughout the organisation
* Managing internal communications related to Learning & Development
* Maintaining strict confidentiality at all times
