Responsibilities
1. Participate in the planning and design of live broadcast revenue-related products in various regions around the world, focusing on user experience 2. Build user interaction scenarios to help users establish and deepen user relationships, and improve the revenue efficiency, viewing efficiency and usage retention of interactive scenarios 3. Insight into the local conditions of various countries and the payment motivations of paying users at different levels, and conduct continuous iteration 4. Analyze business operations, formulate, execute and optimize project iteration processes, and promote the healthy and rapid growth of live broadcast revenue 5. Produce high-quality requirements and promote the implementation of solutions, coordinate resources from all parties, promote close cooperation between other relevant departments, and promote the coordinated development of live broadcasting and other businesses.
Qualifications
1. Experience in mainstream live broadcasting, social networking, and content products, in-depth research and thinking on related products at home and abroad, love of live broadcasting or content industry is preferred 2. Sensitive to user data, good logical thinking and disassembly ability, strong learning ability 3. Responsible for results have good cross-cultural understanding, strong communication skills, and teamwork spirit 4. Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language those with overseas study background are preferred.
