Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operational revenue of live gifts, build an ecosystem from the supply to consumption of live gifts, and promote the healthy and rapid growth of live revenue 2. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of iterative long-term and short-term operational strategies for gifts, identify problems and opportunities by analyzing global and regional data, ecosystems and market trends, and explore new gift ideas and gameplay and iterate 3. Through IP shaping and marketing, linking gift special effects, short videos, regional brand cooperation, etc., to create a more three-dimensional gift-giving experience, continue to educate the international market, and create international live broadcast special gifts 4. Work closely with other relevant departments in the company to coordinate resources, formulate strategies, and promote the coordinated development of live broadcast business and other businesses.
Qualifications
1. Experience in mainstream live broadcast, social, content, game products, and creative marketing is preferred, with in-depth research and thinking on related products at home and abroad, and strong content creativity and belief 2. Have a global vision, good business thinking, have certain thinking and judgment on business models and trends, have good logical thinking and data analysis skills, can actively explore product improvement points, and cooperate deeply with the business 3. Have a sense of ownership and be responsible for the results have good cross-cultural understanding, strong communication skills, and teamwork spirit 4. Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language those with a long-term overseas residence background are preferred.
