Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

Be responsible of make sure production equipment in good condition and fulfillment equipment targets on safety, reliability, efficiency, automation and digitalization.

Job Responsibilities

. Responsible for safety, timely, cost-effective repair of equipment
. Continous improvement on the equipment (safety,technical,quality,OEE and economical) and report
. Participant in Capex project to make sure fufill equipment target(technical, digital and documentaiton)
. Equipment upgrade for automation and traceability
. Digitalization for equipment status monitor and predictive maintenance
. PM system maintain and improve preventive maintenance by data analysis
. Weekly/monthly report requipment related key issues
. Other tasks as required on the job agreed or appointed with direct manager

Background & Skills

. Bachelor degree of Mechanical and Electrical or relevant.
. At least 5 years experience of automation/equipment/maintenance engineer.
. Experience of Siemens PLC program and robot application.
. Strong problem-solving ability.
. Experience of digitalization and SCADA(such as WinCC or C# or OPC or Ignition) is preferred.
. Knowledge of TPM/PM is preferred.
. Knowledge of TS 16949 is preferred.
. Open minded, co-operative attitude, teamwork sprit.
. Show initiative, work systematically and goal-oriented.
. Have good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
. Can work under pressure.
