Perform routine maintenace and project services for estate building Assist in preparing works orders and maintenance and engineering service contracts

Yau Tong, Kwun Tong. Responsibilities

 

• Perform routine maintenace and project services for estate building
• Assist in preparing works orders
• Prepare maintenance and engineering service contracts, and ensure the contracts that meet respective requirements
• Carry out ad-hoc repairing and maintenance duties

Requirements

 

• Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in the maintenance of building in Hong Kong
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Technical Assistant
