The Job
- Support the seniors in the planning and development of the new senior housing projects and other new service initiatives.
- Partner and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the service plan timely.
- Engage and monitor the external consultants to deliver quality service up to corporate standard.
- Conduct budget control, financial analysis and annual budget for the projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, license requirements, and professional standards.
- Support and coordinate the central administration work of Elderly Services Section, including but not limited to regular reports, service providers list, policy & procedure updating and monitoring.
The Person
- Degree holder in Social Work/ Social Sciences/ Health Sciences/ Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience including 3 years at management position; experience in new housing project development an advantage.
- Good connection with various service providers and stakeholders in housing development, elderly/health services.
- Good understanding of public affairs and community relations matters, sensitive to external political, social and economic environment.
- Well versed in project management, with strong planning, organizing and analytical skills.
- Proficient in speaking and written English and Chinese; and Putonghua preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skill for interactions with a diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated and committed.
- A good team player.
- Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details.
