Job Description - Marketing Manager (Content Strategy and Management) (Sha Tin; $)

Main Job Duties:
(a) To do market research and manage marketing resources;
(b) To prepare marketing proposals and publicity plans;
(c) To formulate THREE content strategies and generate creative content on THREE online platforms;
(d) To monitor THREE digital platforms' performance and prepare THREE analytical reports:
(e) To review and implement THREE marketing strategies to widen the audience base. boost patronage and ticket revenue;
(f) To manage the maintenance of ONE museum portal;
(g) To coordinate the production of THREE series of promotional videos for social media;
(h) To provide administrative support to the Senior Marketing and Business
Development Manager

 

Entry Requirements:
(a) Bachelor's degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent, preferably in marketing, public relations, communication, languages, or equivalent;
(b) Level 3 or above result in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (see Note 2);
(c)At least five years' full-time post-qualification working experience in social media marketing/ video production/ production of marketing publications;
(d)Good knowledge in the application of common business software of Microsoft Word, (e)Excel and PowerPoint as well as Chinese word processing;
(f)Good writing skills in both English and Chinese (see Note 3);Proficiency in speaking English and Cantonese. Ability to speak Putonghua will be an advantage; and
(g)Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills; and
It will be an advantage if the Marketing Manager (Content Strategy and Management)
(a) has a higher degree in arts and culture related discipline;
(b) has good knowledge of cultural services, i ncluding performing arts, museums and films ;
(c) has sound knowledge and experience in photo taking, video shooting, photo touchup and simple editing
