Job Description - Officer (Employee Wellness)

Responsibilities :

Reporting to Senior Manager (Employee Relations), the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

  • To assist in coordination of employee psychosocial support programmes, recognition programmes and the management of wellness facilities such as holiday houses, sport facilities and gym rooms
  • To work with colleagues from different divisions/departments on company events, wellness programmes, sports competitions, annual dinner, etc.
  • To assist in planning and organising company events, employee engagement and communication and ad hoc projects such as coordination of interest classes and voluntary work

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Event Management or related disciplines
  • 4 years’ relevant work experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a good team player with can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications particularly Excel and Word
  • Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written

Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Officer (Employee Wellness) .

This is a 2-year contract position. Renewal of contract or appointment as a member of our permanent workforce is subject to the Company’s business needs and the performance of the individual.
