Major Responsibilities:

• Provide end-users technical support and troubleshoot hardwares, softwares and other computer services at the Head office and offices in the cemeteries.
• Monitor, maintain and perform regular tests on IT equipment and servers.
• Responsible for network equipment installation and configuration.
• Carry out continuous security measures on computer systems, such as anti-virus, patch/ firmware update and data backup.
• Manage hardware and software inventories.
• Perform system administration and IT system management like Domain Controller and Email Accounts.
• Investigate and resolve users reported incidents with vendors.
• Collect and analyze user requirements and assist in development or enhancement of various computer systems.
• Assist in reviewing, formulating and implementing IT policy.
• Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma graduate in computer science or related discipline.
• At least 3 years’ working experience in system/ website development, PC/ LAN administration and IT helpdesk support on Windows/ Linux platforms.
• Experience in configuration/ monitoring the firewall/ network Switch such as Fortinet/ HP.
• Familiar with Vmware Environment and Veeam backup Tools will be an advantage.
• With hands-on experience in routing, switching, firewalls and site-to-site VPN configuration such as Fortinet, HPE, CISCO etc.
• Strong background in multi-tier system design and development using Apache, IIS, MySQL & MSSQL.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Officer (Information Technology)/ with less experience may be considered as Assistant Officer (Information Technology) .
