Job Description - Officer, Tenancy Management

Responsibilities

  • Tenancy management of a mixed portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial properties
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants
  • Undertake property inspections and hand overs
  • Prepare and review tenancy documentation
  • Monitor progress and quality of repairs and maintenance works
  • Oversee rental income and expenditure, and prepare monthly reports

Requirements

  • Degree holder in property management, facilities management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in tenancy management
  • Holder of Estate Agent's Licence an advantage
  • Self-motivated, confident, and a postitive attitude
  • Good negotiating and influencing skills, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Must work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
