We are looking for an Order Taker - In Room Dining based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As an Order Taker , we rely on you to:

• Responsible to handle guests' enquiries about In Room Dining menu
• Assist with order taking, delivery and follow-up service, enhance guests' satisfaction and ensure they have a wonderful dining experience
• 解答客人查詢客房服務餐牌
• 協助落單, 遞送服務及跟進服務從而確保顧客滿意度

We are looking for someone who has:

• Diploma in Hotel Management
• At least 1 year of related experience in the hotel industry
• Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent communicator & outgoing personality
• 修畢文憑酒店管理課程
• 1年相關工作經驗
• 良好英語、普通話及廣東話
• 良好溝通技巧及外向
