Job Description - PMO Project Management-Business Center

Responsibilities

1. Participate in the project planning of the business center, assist the person in charge to sort out the key business goals and project portfolios, formulate corresponding management mechanisms, and conduct overall management of the business goals of the center 2. Manage the resources of the center team based on the business goals of the center and deployment to ensure that the team's resource investment matches the final revenue, and improve the overall human efficiency of the team 3. Lead and participate in the project establishment, planning and delivery of key projects in the middle office, monitor and analyze problems in the team, business, and projects, and conduct risk management Prejudgment and early management 4. Use project management tools to collect and analyze team data, measure project production status based on quantitative/qualitative analysis, identify issues in organizational efficiency, project processes, collaboration methods, etc., provide analytical suggestions and promote the implementation of plans 5. Accumulate and accumulate project management experience and methodology, and provide corresponding training to improve the project management capabilities of business, products and related parties.

Qualifications

1. Have good business understanding and planning capabilities, and can support project management of multiple business lines 2. Have a certain technical background, be familiar with the R&D process, and have Experience in large-scale complex project management and business operation management is preferred.
