Project Manager, EaaS

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Lead project development for HVAC systems, ranging from small-scale greenfield installations to large brownfield or DHCS projects in China

2. Conduct thorough reviews of existing plant/system operations in brownfield projects or design review in greenfield projects, utilizing data-driven approaches to propose improvement plans that enhance system efficiency

3. Manage all phases of project planning, execution, testing, and commissioning for HVAC/DHCS projects

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project plans based on customer feedback, and coordinate with local design institutes, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved

5.Develop and oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure effective project management

6. Identify and proactively manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed

7. Provide regular management reports on project progress and updates to stakeholders

8. Cultivate strong client relationships, address their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

9. Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor/the head of department from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Major in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's Degree or above)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management for HVAC in new buildings and/or major HVAC retrofits for existing buildings in China or related industries
• Familiar with deployment and integration of renewable energy sources and energy efficient technologies (e.g., energy storage systems) in China
• Familiar with the national codes and regulations in China
• Proven experience in project management within the HVAC/DHCS industry.
• Proficient in using CAD/BIM software such as AutoCAD/Revit
• Effective communication skills in both English and Mandarin
