Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the management of the entire recruitment process of the team, deeply understand the business, grasp the recruitment needs, and build an excellent talent team for the rapidly growing business 2. Responsible for the search, interview and judgment of mid- to high-end talents, and management team talent upgrade 3. Responsible for recruitment related projects, such as talent mapping, participating in industry talent salary surveys, etc. 4. Manage recruitment channels, such as headhunting channel management and recruitment website resource management 5. Analyze recruitment data and analysis, and give suggestions to the business team and HRBP on talent and job allocation to improve recruitment effectiveness.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in recruitment, rich experience in Internet talent recruitment is preferred 2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, excellent talent selection, interview and selection skills, high interpersonal sensitivity and influence 3. Love recruitment, strong self-motivation and strong stress resistance.
