Responsibilities
1. Responsible for maintaining/expanding the company's recruitment channels and updating recruitment information in real time 2. Screen and recommend resumes based on JD, and conduct preliminary communication with candidates to convert interviews 3. Responsible for interview arrangement and follow-up, interview result feedback, recruitment data analysis, etc. 4. Pay attention to industry and market trends, be able to participate in the mapping of related industries and talents, and output effective market and talent analysis reports for business teams and HR cooperation departments 5. Achievement of HR projects, including but not limited to outsourcing recruitment, internal referrals, and campus recruitment.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 0-2 years of HR related work experience, plus points for R&D recruitment experience 2. Understand the basic work of each module of human resources and have a passion for recruitment 3. Excellent communication skills and independent problem-solving skills, with user awareness 4. Good project execution and promotion capabilities 5. Self-driven, with a certain pressure-bearing ability, and able to adapt to the fast-growing business rhythm.
