About the Client

Our client is a sizable and well-established corporation within Sourcing industry headquartering in Europe. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Regional Human Resources Manager.

About the role

• Work in partnership with HR and the business as a trusted adviser to support the development and delivery of talent development strategies and workforce plans
• Align HR initiatives with business line priorities and provide guidance on talent management, succession planning, and organizational design
• Use workforce data and apply analytical skills to formulate people insights and recommendations
• Support talent acquisition of mid-senior roles to meet the on-going needs of the organization
• Provide coaching and support to managers on HR-related issues

The Successful Applicant

• Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience gain from well-developed and sizable corporation
• Numerically sensitive and strong attention to details
• Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills is needed
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
