Registered Social Worker

We are a well established non-governmental organisation providing a wide range of social welfare services and having a team of 1,200+ staff. To cope with our service development, we cordially invite high caliber talent to fill the following position:

A 2-year project for empowering the inner strength of youth and families to cope with life challenges against their mental well-being by facilitating a growth mindset, as well as strengthening the capacity of families and engaging with stakeholders for addressing the mental wellness of youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Promote mental wellness to youth and families through delivering school-based and community-based social work services.
• Formulate, coordinate, organize and implement programmes with effective strategies.
• Handle administrative and report writing.

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work, with 2 years experiences in working with youth will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Good at internal and external communication with stakeholders.
• Strong passion for helping youth and families, energetic and responsible.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
• Being able to utilize social media and online means is preferable.
• Having knowledge of art, mental health approaches, or/and project management is an advantage.
