Resident Works Supervisor I 駐地盤一級監工

WSP (Asia) Limited has been appointed by Civil Engineering Development Department as the Consultant for Agreement No. CE58/2018 (HY) – Road Improvement works at Wo Hop Shek Cemetery for Phases 2 and 3 Columbarium Development . The works include supervising the construction of Task Order No. WD/2023/01/CEO/HEPU/01/2023 – Utility Improvement works connecting to Kiu Tau Road. The task order commenced in Q4 of 2023 and scheduled for completion in Q1 of 2025.

We now invite applications for the following Resident Site Staff position(s) to supervise the task order:

• Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute or Technical College of Vocational Training Council in Hong Kong / Polytechnic university / Polytechnic in Hong Kong or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; or 

• Successfully completed a recognized technician apprenticeship in an appropriate discipline; or 

• Successfully completed a recognized craft apprenticeship with 2 years’ experience as a skilled worker in an appropriate discipline; or 

• At least 5 years’ experience as a skilled worker in an appropriate discipline; and

• At least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience; or

• At least 3 years’ experience as Resident Works Supervisor II or equivalent in appropriate discipline in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.

• 持有香港建造業議會 / 香港建造學院 / 香港專業教育學院 / 職業訓練局轄下的工業學院或科技學院 / 香港其中一間理工大學 / 理工學院頒發相關學科的證書或同等資格; 或

• 成功完成相關界别的認可技術員學徒訓練; 或

• 成功完成相關界别的認可技工學徒訓練，並具有兩年熟練技工之相關經驗；或

• 具有五年相關界别熟練技工之相關經驗；及 

• 具有最少三年於取得該資格後之相關經驗; 或

• 具有三年於認可的公共工程項目或「關於顧問公司直接聘用駐工地人員的管理手冊」第4.5.2 章所列之工程中擔任駐地盤二級監工或同等資格之相關經驗。

# Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Secondary 3 standard or above.
