Senior HR BP

Responsibilities : 

• Provide expert assistance on recruiting, organizational effectiveness, performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
• Lead and manage a small recruitment team, offering advice, coaching, and assistance to achieve success.
• Oversee and carry out the full spectrum of HR business partnerships and activities, including performance management, coaching, employee relations, engagement programs, and exit interviews.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify talent needs and offer strategic assistance on sourcing, candidate selection, and recruitment best practices. 
• Manage performance management processes, such as goal formulation, annual reviews, and improvement plans.
• Work with managers to create and implement employee development and training initiatives to enhance performance and career progression. 
• Analyse recruitment data and submit reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance of employment laws.

 

Requirements : 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management. 
• Minimum 8 years of management experience, preferably in the Data Center/ Construction/ Engineering industry.
• Expertise in recruitment best practices, sourcing procedures, labor ordinances, and performance management methodologies. 
• Proven leadership skills, including managing a team of recruitment specialists. 
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling productive interactions with candidates, workers, and stakeholders across the company. 
• Demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to handle many priorities and deadlines. 
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to make data-driven judgments.
