Responsibilities
1. Support the Douyin E-commerce related business team, have an in-depth understanding of the business status and team operation status, understand the business strategy and promote the effective implementation of the human resources strategy in the business department 2. Be responsible for the team building of the business department, use various effective recruitment channels to meet recruitment needs, design personnel growth paths and personnel training programs according to the existing team situation, effectively formulate and implement talent development plans and follow up implementation 3. Be able to see through the problems of the organization and team, and apply professional theories, methods and tools to provide all-round solutions for the business team, including recruitment, training, performance, employee relations and other human resources work, and promote the implementation of the plan 4. Assist in the construction of the organization and team atmosphere, promote the construction of corporate culture and the rapid development of business.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of human resources work experience 2. Those with HRBP work experience in the Internet industry are preferred 3. Understand the basic work of each module of human resources, and have practical experience in recruitment, performance, etc. 4. Familiar with relevant national human resources policies, laws and regulations 5. Self-driven, strong thinking, conscientious and responsible, friendly, able to bear greater work pressure, and able to adapt to the company's fast-growing work rhythm.
