Senior Human Resources Officer

• We are looking for Senior Human Resources Officer   - with details as follows :

 

The Job :

• Report to HR Manager
• Work in HR team of 3 members
• Perform full spectrum of human resources role especially C&B function
• Responsible for Compensation and Benefits administration, including but not limited to payroll, MPF, insurances...ETC
• Perform system administration for HRIS and other HR Online System
• Handle expatriate’s administration including work visa application, accomodation assistance...etc
• Support group recruitment including but not limited to screening CVs, arranging interviews and coordinating with line managers...etc
• Tertiary education preferably in HRM or related
• At least 3 years experience in compensation and benefits inclusive of payroll, MPF, staff insurance and annual employer’s returns;
• Well versed with the Hong Kong Employment & MPF ordinances;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel functions;
• Proficient in both spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• 5 days work
