Job Description - Senior Human Resources Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute full spectrum of HR business partnering, managing the employee journey including onboarding, performance management, retention, employee engagement, staff issues, exit interviews, and final payment calculations;
  • Play an active role in providing practical and professional HR advice while developing strong relationships with divisions to deliver business-aligned solutions that support company goals;
  • Monitor manpower planning and staff costs of divisions and ascertain its justification to align with business needs;
  • Support and implement HR projects, exercises andinitiatives;
  • Keep abreast of HR practices and statutory requirements, make recommendations for continuous improvement;
  • Review and implement the standardization of HR policies and procedures; 
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits Team for C&B exercises and benefit reviews;
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, handle employment contracts and data in compliance with HK Employment Ordinance and company policies;
  • Compile HR analytical reports for management review; and
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements: 

  • Degree holder in Human Resources / Business Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years of solid HR experience in sizable companies;
  • Knowledge/experience in business partnering is highly preferred;
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinances and regulatory practices; and
  • Well-organized, proactive, detail-minded with excellent interpersonal skills.
