Job Description - Senior Human Resources Officer

Job Description

Mainly be responsible for the HRIS implementation project and support full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, learning & development, C&B Management, and other HR projects.

Responsibility

  • Coordinate and support to HRIS including system migration & transformation, implementation and enhancement
  • Participate in various tasks including but not limited to data preparation, UAT, liaison with consultants/ IT team, user training and other related administrative support for HRIS project
  • Ensure the integrity of the entry and maintenance of employee data while adhering to internal controls and identifying potential for process improvement opportunities
  • Support HRIS by researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws and performing scheduled activities
  • Assist in the development of communication and/or training materials, including user guides
  • Provide support to the full spectrum of human resources functions
  • Handle other ad-hoc HR tasks or projects if required

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in HRIS support
  • Experience in HRIS roll-out 
  • Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines within short time frames
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese, and Mandarin)
  • High level of computer literacy: MS office and Exchange, advance Excel
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
