Senior Human Resources Officer

We are the manager of Sunlight REIT listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and a wholly owned subsidiary of Henderson Land Development Co. Ltd. Applications are invited for the following positions:

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operations including payroll and MPF calculation and preparation of tax return
• Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits (“C&B”), Performance Management, Training and Development, and other HR initiatives
• Communicate with relevant agencies on the group’s medical plans, MPF and employee compensation schemes
• Support various HR initiatives including annual staff budgeting, annual appraisal and salary/bonus review and C&B benchmarking
• Organize staff training and workshops
• Conduct data analysis on talent management and prepare reports for ESG purposes
• Perform any ad hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good interpersonal & problem solving skills with the ability to interact with people of different levels and background
• Strong work ethics with a high degree of integrity
• Knowledge in ESG is a definite advantage
• Immediate availability is preferable
