How you will make an impact: 

The job holder will report to the Supervisor and be responsible for assist in marketing campaigns, PR events & festive decoration for D. Park

• Assist in marketing campaigns, PR events & festive decoration for D. Park
• Provide support in CRM and social media platform for D. Park
• Implement year-round retailing marketing campaigns
• Solicit supports from potential partners and stakeholders for joint promotion
• Liaise with both stakeholders and agencies to create all-rounded marketing collaterals
• Prepare related reports and conduct relevant analysis
• Coordinate with different business units, tenants and external parties for smooth execution and high level of quality on all marketing activities
• Follow up POPs in the malls including lightboxes, e-panels etc.
• Competitors’ monitoring
• Causal Leasing arrangement
• Monitor marketing expenses

What we are looking for:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' solid experience in event management
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer, Leasing (Marketing)
• Having experience in the shopping mall industry, particularly in Tsuen Wan is advantageous
• Creative, responsible with good marketing sense
• Able to work independently to meet multiple project deadlines
• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese Proficiency
• Work on weekends and PH for events when necessary
