Senior / Officer - People Development and Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Assist to identify the training needs, design and implement the training and development plans
• Support to promote, coordinate and administer the training programmes, workshops and activities
• Contribute to the development of innovative e-learning materials
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes, and make recommendations for improvement
• Manage and monitor training budgets and expenses, prepare statistics reports for analysis
• Perform end-to-end Talent Acquisition process; provide HR advice on organizational effectiveness, performance management, staff engagement and retention on the designated functions
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in People Development or HRBP role, preferably gained in a sizable/MNC company
• A positive and self-driven team player with can-do attitude
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills, passion for training and development
• High proficiency in MS Office application
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and video editing software is a plus
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
