Roles & Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the social recruitment and campus recruitment of relevant BG departments, formulating effective recruitment strategies and promoting implementation, ensuring the source, selection and attraction of talents
2. Responsible for the human resources market analysis of relevant departments, effectively managing and optimizing recruitment Channels
3. Participate in the construction of a recruitment system, select relevant optimization projects, and effectively manage and optimize recruitment channels.
Qualifications
More than 1.5 years of recruitment-related experience, with a strong interest in recruitment work and the ability to continue to work hard
2. Master basic interview methods and related knowledge, and be useful in talent acquisition or selection Have good methods and experience in this area
3. Be willing to communicate, have good interpersonal skills, and have certain systematic thinking
4. Good teamwork spirit and ability to withstand pressure , strong goal orientation and efficient execution.
