Job Description - Temporary clerk, Employee Benefits

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical duties and administrative support to a department;
  • Prepare documents, reports and analysis as assigned by the supervisor;
  • Handle daily correspondences and ad hoc assignment.

Job Requirements  

  • Diploma holder or above;
  • Proficient in data mastering applications e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint or csv file etc.;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; 
    Fast learner with detail-minded, self-motivation and be able to work under 
  • Fast learner with detail-minded, self-motivation and be able to work under pressure; 
  • Able to work independently with high efficiency; 
  • Immediately available is preferred
