Roles & Responsibilities
1. Deeply understand and explore customer needs for creative production tools, and plan platform tool solutions covering the creative life cycle and customer needs. Help advertisers improve the quality, diversity and production efficiency of materials
2. Coordinate various internal and external resources of the company, combine long-term commercialization strategies, and formulate product plans.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of Internet work experience is preferred
2.Have a business product background, master complex product and system design experience, have a deep understanding of advertising creativity and creative products, and combine emotional and rational thinking to analyze creativity
3.Be familiar with major overseas Internet business products and platforms, pay attention to the short video marketing industry, and have a relatively deep understanding of the content and creative production tools of various short video platforms
4.Have experience in machine learning, AIGC/AI generated videos and other fields, need to have strong data awareness and data analysis ability, be able to disassemble and verify complex factors, and use data to drive and iterate products
5.Strong expression ability, good at cross-departmental coordination and communication have logical and structured thinking ability strong sense of responsibility love to learn, have curiosity, and pursue excellence in products
6.Those with team management and medium and large project management experience are preferred.
