Tencent Cloud IDC Resource Demand Planning and Delivery Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for daily docking with cloud IDC resource demand plan, including forecasting, formulation and execution monitoring, resource guarantee for key projects, etc.
2. Responsible for establishing cloud IDC short-term, medium-term and long-term demand docking and formulation mechanism, defining safety inventory levels, and establishing slot guarantee strategies and mechanisms
3. Responsible for the delivery plan of short-, medium- and long-term needs, and ensuring demand delivery.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors, more than 3 years of experience in demand planning or supply planning
2. Experience in IT resources or public cloud demand planning or supply chain is preferred, and experience in large companies is preferred
3. Clear thinking, good logic, data analysis and data processing capabilities
4. Comprehensive project management experience, good communication and coordination skills, teamwork skills, and strong stress resistance.
