Trading Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage trade operations within our Digital Asset team including daily trade reconciliation and daily P&L tracking

- Oversee trade processing and documentation to ensure timely and accurate delivery

- Coordinate with the internal trading teams and external partners to execute trade transactions efficiently

- Monitor open trades to optimize trade processes

- Resolve any trade-related issues or discrepancies that may arise

Desired Experience:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in trade operations or related field

- Experience working with Web3 exchange platforms, decentralised exchanges, and NFT marketplaces

- Knowledge of trading platforms and methods in Web3 including different L1 chains, bridging, and cross-chain trading .

- Strong understanding of trade operations and trading risk management

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Economics is a plus
