Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall technical planning, key technology research and development and breakthrough of the unreal digital human project, and responsible for the daily management of the technical team 2. Coordinate art, algorithm and other functions, integrate third-party modules, and be responsible for promoting the research and development and productization of unreal hyper-realistic digital human related tools and products 3. As the technical leader, participate in the core technology planning and control of other horizontal virtual human projects in the studio.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with profound experience in C++ and UE client development, and solid computer basic knowledge 2. Good logical thinking and programming habits, excellent learning and communication skills, passion for cutting-edge technology, and strong thirst for knowledge 3. Familiar with game engine functions, and have experience in multiple fields in engine modules such as rendering, animation, network synchronization, physics, and game AI 4. Good independent thinking and inference ability, good communication skills, and teamwork spirit 5. Familiar with UE built-in virtual performances and video rendering related plug-ins, and those with customization experience are preferred, such as LiveLink, nDisplay, DMX lighting system, VirtualCam, InCam VFX, MovieRQ, Pixel Streaming, etc.
