Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• Handle full set accounts;
• Perform daily accounting duties, including the preparation of vouchers, account payables, account receivable and bank transaction, etc.;
• Assist in handling month end closing and preparation of monthly management report;
• Assist in financial analysis and financial statements;
• Assist to handle company secretary related matters;
• Liaise with external auditors in all aspects of the financial reporting;
• Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines ;
• Min. 5 years of accounting experience with logistics and warehousing background is preferred;
• Good experience of handling accounting and preparing full set of accounts;
• Able to work independently with strong sense of accuracy, mature and self-motivated;
• Good PC knowledge in Excel, English, Chinese Word;
• Immediately Available is preferred.

 

Working Location : Kwun Tong
