Accounts Clerk (K) and Sales Executive (Japanese) ($K)

Our client is a Logistic Firm urgently seeking for the following position:

Job requirements for Accounts Clerk at TST office:

• Diploma or above with 3 years relevant experience, LCC Higher
• Handle general accounting duties such as accounts payable & accounts receivable transactions & reconcile vendor statements
• Payment processing, preparation of vouchers, journal entries & filing
• Assist in month-end closing, analysis, financial reporting & audit files
• Good command in written and spoken English

Job requirements for Sales Executive (Japanese) at Shatin office:

• Degree with good English (IETS 5.5 ) & Japanese (N1 level)
• 3 year work experience in Trading / Logistic / Supply Chain industry
• Experience in handling Japanese clients would be an advantage
• Support sales team to follow up on orders and prepare quotation, contracts, business plans & proposals and solutions for key account
• Good command in written and spoken English, Japanese and Mandarin
