Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial and management reports from multiple entities in different regions
• Review month end closing and conduct financial analysis
• Participate in budgeting process, provide recommendations and action plans for variance from budgets
• Support inter-company transactions accounting entries and fund flow arrangements
• Analyze and report business performance of business units, identify unusual changes or issues
• Assist in preparation of group consolidation, interim and annual reports
• Assist in preparation of statutory financial statements
• Assist ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance or related disciplines
• At least 5 years accounting experience, gained from Freight forwarding/logistic industry with regional exposure is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards in APAC, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting requirements
• Understanding of regional tax laws and compliance obligations
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data to support decision-making
• Proficient in using accounting software and advanced Excel skills
