Job Description - Participate in business data collection and analysis, generate business performance reports
- Provide general support in Tender Bidding, Project Management, Business Planning and Operation
- To assist operations team to perform contracts fulfillment in resource allocation and to verify works assignment records in day to day operations to ensure data accuracy and accomplish contracts' requirements.
- Participate in projects tendering and implementation on sourcing, acquisition, receiving, delivering, disbursement and charging activities etc.
- Participate in resources assignment, duty and generate resources usage reports
- Participate in the preparation for seminars, conferences and trade shows
- To coordinate with customers' quantity surveyor in the conclusion of the final account of the works orders issued in according to the contracts terms.
- To acquire quotations from approved suppliers of the Company & arrange purchase orders for equipments/services selected by Project Managers.
- To follow up with suppliers for the delivery of ordered equipments/services to ensure to meet with projects' key-dates.
- Assist in Safety & Health and Quality Assurance Matters as required
- Provide general office support and handle ad-hoc matters as required
Job Requirements - Associate Degree/High Diploma or above in Business. Logistics, Computer, Engineering or related disciplines, or Certificate or above with Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in areas of business operation support and project execution support
- Experience in preparing business performance reports, data crunching … etc is required
- Experience in project execution, procurement, cost booking, bills generation, duty roster, material and store control, stock taking and inventory keeping
- Knowledge in ICT solution and products is an advantage
- Proficient PC Skills including MS-Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook Mail, good command in data analytic tools such as macro and VBA programming is an advantage
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
