Assistant Stage Manager

Job Summary:

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager to prepare and coordinate the logistical, technical, financial, talent and scheduling aspects of shows and events

• Provide administrative support in preparing meeting notes, presentation and project communication materials

• Provide production support in the field on all production projects

• Assist to compile production manuals

• Coordinate with internal and external partners to assist all Entertainment projects

Requirements

• Diploma in Performing Arts, Technical Theater or related discipline 

• At least 3 year of relevant working experience in theater and event management

• Excellent interpersonal skill with the ability to communicate with all levels people

• Knowledge of show production, lighting, audio, SFX, scenic and stage set-up systems

• Strong computer and organizational skills

• Fluent in both English and Cantonese
