Asst Marketing Mgr / Sr Marketing Officer

Our client is a sizable listed telco company with good benefits is urgently looking for the following positions : Position : Assistant Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive Department : o2o (digital ) / Mobile retention / devices/ go to market Salary : Negotiable (Deps on experience)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, e-Commerce, Multi-media, Digital or related discipline
• At least 2-6 yrs experience in telecom, banking or insurance products and with 2 year’s supervisory is preferred (Assistant Manager. level) 
• Knowledge in data integration and system applications projects
• Experience with data management and data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Hands on experience on marketing platforms e.g. Radica system, SAS platform would be an advantage
• Digital savvy, with specific proficiency at MS Suite : Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Familiar with Tableau / SAS and proficient in Excel 
• Result-oriented and self-motivated
• Good communication, independent, well-organized and attentive to detail
• Ability to multitask and produce high quality work within a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Executive 

Responsibilities for the position of Digital Marketing team o2o :

• Identify potential customer segments and analyze their needs to retain the profitable segment, stimulate strong hook for upselling/ cross-selling our products/ offers to drive incremental revenue
• Work with in-house designer and other teams in order to create marketing program from content creation and key visual development
• Coordinate with internal departments and partners on the development and implementation of O2O program's strategy and mechanics
• Execute marketing programs flawlessly and coordinate with internal counterparts to ensure smooth implementation of marketing programs through online channels and Omni-channels
• Prepare post campaign report for analysis
• Identify trends and insights, optimize the performance of direct marketing channels e.g. eDM, SMS, MMS etc, to achieve KPI
• Handle ad-hoc projects

Responsibilities for the position of online retention team :

• Consolidate and analyze customer behavioral data, generate insights for offer planning.
• Work closely with Call Centre on the implementation and progress review.
• Measure, report and analyze marketing program effectiveness, keep track of in-base performance with company KPIs.
• Rollout and formulate the retention / upsell strategy.
• Work with cross-functional departments for various marketing campaigns, performing quality checking and measuring the program effectiveness.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors' offer.
• Support ad hoc assignments and projects.

Responsibilities for the position of Marketing Communication Team :

• Responsible for defining and building customer communication journeys and automation via different tools
• Work closely with internal parties to conduct effective marketing campaigns (e-DM, SMS, MMS) and ensure accurate performance tracking
• Initiate improvements from existing campaigns and automations to establish effective CRM marketing strategies with connections to various digital touchpoints
• Prepare regular reports to monitor performance of direct marketing campaigns and websites
