• We are looking for  Assistant Operation Supervisor  - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Work in Operation Team of 4 members
• Team work to handle daily order administration
• Liaise with customer and monitor the progress of production
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding production/Logistic arrangements
• Prepare for the necessary reports for the superior.
• Participate to prepare for full set of shipping documents.
• Liaise with customer and monitor the progress of production
• Post-Secondary or above
• With at least 1 year relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Travel to China and Vietnam when necessary
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 11 days
