Aviation Network Control Operation Executive

Our client is a Top 5 Global Logisities Company and they are looking for expereince canidate to join thire Airport Team. Operates 24 x 7 to provide functional support to the Centre in countries and the Logistics Centre regionally and acts as the primary interface online haul performance with the line haul providers and with the Aviation commercial group management team. 

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Central Operation Coordinators in responsible for day-of-operations to ensure network control, schedule integrity, and in implementing company procedures related to flight regularity, operational safety and security 
• Assistant the day-of-operations and ensuring problems are promptly brought to the Coordinator’s attention for corrective actions 
• Work closely with logistic Operations, Flight Dispatch, Customer Journey and Recovery, HKIA Hub Control and Maintenance Planning, Cargo Revenue Management to ensure the effects of day-of-operation changes to the published schedule are implemented in accordance with company requirements 
• Required to co-operation the inbound / outbound flight movements, providing real-time visibility of movement through systems, promptly responding to network requests and timely updates of service incidents. 

Requirements:

• Degree/ Daploma, preferably in Transportation or Logistics related discipline 
• Over 3 years working experience in flight dispatch/operation, airline, transportation or logistics industry 
• Familiar with air transport practices and Hong Kong Customs rules and regulations is an advantage 
• Excellent computer software skills (MS excel, access) 
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese 
• Willing to take 7x24 shift duty 
• Good problem solving, reasoning and organizing skills 
• Able to work independently and under pressure 
• Less experience will consider as Network Control Operation Assistant
