Our work is full of challenge, exploration and fun. Our specific work content is as follows: 1. Based on the big data of Taotian Group, we are responsible for analyzing and mining Taotian's end-to-end logistics operation optimization opportunities, and developing and building optimization algorithms to improve its operational efficiency and reduce costs 2. Undertake Taotian's responsibility R&D, design and deployment of algorithms such as machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning or operations optimization in the logistics field 3. Responsible for applying artificial intelligence technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning or operations optimization to solve data mining and image recognition problems , natural language processing, video mining and other fields to create a Taotian smart logistics system 4. Undertake the data analysis and algorithm design work of digital operations, and conduct digital analysis and processing by collecting business information and applying massive data to provide data Provide decision-making support for centralized operations 5. Responsible for tracking cutting-edge algorithms and technologies in the direction of artificial intelligence such as large models, multi-modality, and AIGC, and applying relevant algorithms to Taotian logistics business scenarios, building Taotian Group Logistics Agent, and upgrading Taotian. The level of intelligent logistics is high. ,1. Master's degree or above in machine learning, operations research, statistics, natural language processing, image recognition, simulation, computer vision, augmented reality and other related fields, and more than 2 years of work experience. 2. Familiar with one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc., and have experience in distributed data storage and computing application development. 3. Familiar with database query languages such as SQL, MySQL, etc. 4. Have business abstraction and information modeling capabilities, and be able to decompose and abstract complex business scenarios into standardized business models. 5. Have a strong interest in data analysis and algorithm design, and have relevant knowledge and work experience in operations research, machine learning, deep learning or reinforcement learning.
